Firmware update service

Some flashcarts need to have their firmware flashed before they can be used, such as the M3i Zero or the Supercard DSOnei. Some flashcarts are only DSi 1.3 compatible until they get flashed with the latest update, among which the Acekard 2i. For such cases, our firmware flashing service will ensure that your cart gets flashed with the latest update available. Flashing is generally done with a special USB accessory connected to the computer, but for some carts the flashing process can only be performed directly from the DS itself. This becomes a problem for customers who only own a DSi 1.4: some carts will refuse to boot under that new firmware. As a result, letting us pre-flash your cart with the latest firmware ensure that it comes perfectly up to date and working regardless of the console you own. Let us take care of it for you!

MicroSD ready to rock

Aside from the actual firmware, flashcarts almost always require system files to be placed on the MicroSD card that holds the memory. With the ShopTemp Flashing & Update service, we will make sure to always place the latest system files on your MicroSD card. This will allow you to enjoy the latest compatibility updates and the newest features offered by your favorite flashcart team. You no longer need to search all over the web for system files compatible with your cart!

Terms of service

The ShopTemp Flashing & Update is a service provided upon purchasing a flashcart from ShopTemp. When adding the flashcart to your cart, select the appropriate option in the list in order to have your cart properly flashed and updated. If you also include a MicroSD card, we will place the latest system files onto your card as well as our Starter Homebrew Pack as described above. The ShopTemp Flashing & Update is a service and thus once your flashcart is shipped, the service cannot be refunded in any case.
